The reason for the question is wondering how viable it is to say; If all else is equal, a certain alien does something within timeline A, then the same alien native to timeline B can also replicate that action.

It's as viable as we want it to be. Why make a rule before there's a story on the table?

i have one more question, i saw ben 10:power of the omnitrix just recently, there are two aliens that made there debut, "squidstrictor" and "rocks" are they really real or just canon to the ben 10universe? if they turn out to be real, will they make an appearance in the ben 10 series??

They're not canon to the series for now. Maybe if the series writers get to see the stage show... That seems fair, right?

1. We've already seen Ben grown up in the episode Ben 10,000? In the next season are we going to see Ben as an adult.
