Why hasn't Blitzen even been mentioned in Flash: Rebirth?! If the freakin Shield can show up in every book DC has right now, why can't Blitzen get the same treatment? And how is Icon not playing any role in World Without a Superman?

General Sam Lane and his anti-ET black ops program are keeping tabs on Icon(among many others), per Greg Rucka's work on Action. It's a one-panel shot of their surveillance operations overview screen, but they're watching him.
