Just wanted to say congratulations to the Maestro for his excellent script for ALL-STAR SUPERMAN DVD that's dropping on 2/22. Here's a link to the AICN article that gives an idea of the magic. So everybody get their money ready...fans of Supes are about to get a treat.

Please see this movie. I cried. It's such a moving story with such sad timing.

Awesome movie. I liked it as much as New Frontier or even more. Maestro did a formidable work by tailoring the series into a very compelling movie.

I like Frank Quitely in general, but I've never been a fan of how he draws faces, specially women. I noticed that there was a little make-up, just enough to make the faces more likable without getting them too far from the original design. Luthor and specially Lois were my favorite. The Parasite looked awesome.

The movie is perfect as Maestro's last, but I suspect will see a couple of upcoming projects.

same it was amazingly done i liked the voice actors they were different but they worked well

i find it ironic that the last project he worked on was about the death of superman

w...wow... i just came here to say my opinion about this movie i just saw yesterday and i find out Dwayne died... man this is depressing... i guess i should say my opinion anyway

I loved the movie, this was a very different Superman, it was one of those versions of superman wich is super inteligent, while i prefer the more dumb superman of Justice League, as he shows than all his powers can sometimes be beaten by brain, it was a nice to see a different Superman for a change. This movie was pretty different to what we are used with superman, it wasn't as epic and all, it was more relaxed and reflective, i liked that.

Does anybody else thinks its kind of fitting than this movie showing the death of superman is the last work of Dwayne?... i think this movie will be his requiem.

well superman is suppose to have super intelligence writers just don't like to do that because then he would compete with batman (tech wise not tactics)

yea i noticed this too

This movie is probably the most ironic of all. The death of Superman the day before the writer dies.
...If you were to call someone a 'mick' today, you just might have to explain what that is.”
“In animation, I was given a chance.”
“Thanks for watching and reading, and stick around, the best is yet to come.”

Anthony LaPaglia really did a very excellent job at voicing Lex Luthor. Not only that he's the second Australian actor to portray a DC villian.
