Charmcaster(original)
Omnitrix(AF)
Vulcanus (AF)
Heatblast(Original)
Azmuth(original) but only because galvan were smaller in the original series.
Ghostfreak (AF) i like his spiny spine
Forever knights (Original)

only thing i wish is that they have kelp their VA Steave Blum was awesome as Vilgax and Ghostfreak.

so you're saying that would also be stupid to put other people in the list cos they aged too.
adults do not change much in 5 years the reason they look different is because the artist and animators are different from the ordinal series.

and the Omnitrix did not really got redesign since its transformed and the original form did appear in AF.

If it is just appearances then here how it goes for me

Ben-AF, although the original was cool too.
Gwen- AF, i didnt care too much for either but i guess the AF version is better
Keven- In human form i prefer AF, mutated however i prefer the original omnitrix alien cluster then the more recent mutated Keven
Forever-AF, they look cooler and more medevil
Heatblast- Orginal, if the one in AF indeed looks like Alan then the original was better, i like how bright his design was.
Vulcanus- AF, the armor he wears looks awesome
Max- AF, looks a little rougher, the old one seemed to big and lovable to be taken seriously at some points.
Upgrade- Both, looks pretty much the same.
Cash- AF, looks more threatening
J.T- Dont see a real difference
SixSix/Sevenseven- Original/Sixsix, looked a lot cooler to me, not to mention his personlaity was cooler.
Azmuth- AF, look kinda weird to me in the original
Cooper- AF, the original seemed kinda boring
Carl and Sandra- AF, look seemed kinda unoriginal to me in the original, plus they added personalities in AF.
Animo- AF, more threatening, but i preferred his original personality
Vilgax-AF, i actually think he looks cooler, he know longer looks like a artificially muscled freak, although i really do miss his original voice.
Ultimo- Original, had a cooler looking head.
Charmcester- AF, only slightly
Hex- AF, has a cooler outfit
Ghostreak- Original, looked less cartoon like and also seemed far more threatening, i remember getting chills every time i saw him, now he just seems like a run of the mill villain. Part of that maybe that liked his old voice better.
Tetrax- From what i have seen original, the new one looks to bulky
Upchuck- AF, seems to have a design more unique to him.
Cannonbolt- Difference is small but i think i prefer AF
WAY BIG- AF, but not by much
Diamondhead- Original, Not a huge fan of the purple
Omnitix-AF, look more serius and less like a bulky cereal prize

I didn't put down Way Big, Cannonbolt, ultimo, and the other Galactic enforcers cuz they barely changed. If I had to choose, I'd pick original Max, original Cannonbolt (looked better with yellow eyes and omnitrix on forehead), and Way Big from the original (I think it was just because of how he was presented in Secret of the Omnitrix, he doesn't look as powerful in AF.)
I think I have decided that the animation was better in the original series (more colorful). I liked the shade of the omnitrix's flash better and the sounds better and everything looked slightly more intense. Not saying I like it more than AF, the layout is great too and the characters are great. But don't you prefer the original flash of the omnitrix when Ben goes hero? I guess it wouldn't fit the format but it looks cool. Yeah, it's a pretty minor detail, but I like it better. you know what I mean? :geek:

about their costume and physical appearance. I guess you could add personality.

Here's what I think

Ben (AF & AF2)

He was a team player, not the cocky type of AF3 & AF4

Kevin (AF3)

- Before the accident. Which he had clothing that would be worn by a mechanic. Skyblue shirt w/white t-shirt. Which the blue shirt had the words "Kev" embroidered on it.

And had his asian-esque black hair

Gwen (AF3)
