Fixing Mr. Styx

Fixing Mr. Styx

For those of you who don't already know, I write prose fiction. The subjects of my stories are things most folks here would like i.e. monsters, aliens, private eyes, alien monster private eyes. A lot of my stuff's been published but I hate sitting and waiting for things to happen so I started publishing my own stuff on a small scale a few months ago.

It was really more of an experiment to see what, if anything, would happen. Turns out, only good things. People, it seems, will buy a good book regardless of who publishes it or how big they are, provided they KNOW about it.

Things went so well that some buddies of mine and me decided to make it official and form our own small press (that's like the garage band version of a publishing house). You can see the results of that decision HERE.

We're pretty pleased so far and we've already signed two new authors to the stable so, no, this is not a "vanity" project. We're doing this. It's small, ebooks mostly for now, but it's real.

In honor of Halloween, the only holiday I recognize, we're offering my new novella, FIXING MR. STYX, for free until Nov. 1st.

It will be available for 99 cents on Amazon sometime in the next couple of days because Amazon won't allow us to give anything away so please, if you want to read it, get the book HERE.

Thanks.

Happy Holidays!

I've been debating for a long time whether or not I'd like to independently publish stories myself

Think about it and go in knowing it's a LOT of hard work. Being a publisher is just as hard as being a writer. Harder in some ways.
